Nanga Parbat (8,126m) — the “Killer Mountain” — is the ninth-highest peak in the world and one of the most formidable mountains ever climbed. Raikot Tours’ Nanga Parbat Expedition gives serious high-altitude mountaineers the opportunity to attempt this legendary peak via the classic Diamir or Raikot routes, supported by our experienced guides, high-altitude porters, and comprehensive logistics infrastructure.
Nanga Parbat has one of the most dramatic mountain profiles in the world — its Rupal Face is the largest mountain face on earth at 4,600 metres from base to summit. The mountain’s history of early tragedies and its isolated position at the western anchor of the Himalayan chain make a successful summit one of the most significant achievements in mountaineering.

Expedition Itinerary Overview
Days 1–3: Islamabad. Permits, liaison officer, medical check, equipment verification.
Days 4–5: Drive from Islamabad to Chilas via KKH. Drive to base camp trailhead.
Days 6–8: Trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp (4,200m) via Diamir Valley (or Raikot approach via Fairy Meadows).
Days 9–20: Acclimatisation rotations on the lower mountain. Establish Camp 1 (5,800m) and Camp 2 (6,400m).
Days 21–35: High camp establishment at Camp 3 (7,100m) and Camp 4 (7,500m). Multiple rotations for acclimatisation.
Days 36–55: Summit window monitoring. Summit push from high camp (approx. 8,126m). Descent to base camp.
Days 56–62: Base camp breakdown. Return trek to roadhead. Drive to Islamabad. Expedition concludes.
