Tour Description
Raikot Tours offers the iconic Nanga Parbat Base Camp Trek — a journey to the foot of the “Killer Mountain,” Nanga Parbat (8,126m), the world’s ninth-highest peak and one of the most formidable mountains on earth. The Raikot (North) Face base camp is one of Pakistan’s most accessible and rewarding high-altitude treks, passing through the magical Fairy Meadows plateau and into the dramatic glacial moraines beneath Nanga Parbat’s enormous Raikot Face.
The trek follows in the footsteps of legendary mountaineers who attempted the Raikot Ridge. The trail passes through pine forests, alpine meadows full of wildflowers, and rugged glacial terrain before reaching the base camp where climbers set out to summit one of the world’s most technically challenging peaks.
